You don't want to delete your auxiliary battery. It exists to protect your Jeep's computer during start ups.

If you removed the auxiliary battery it's possible you shorted out the Z fuse.
It is much easier to leave the auxiliary battery in place and use a tuner to disable the stop start if that was your intention.

If you removed the auxiliary battery it's possible you shorted out the Z fuse.
It is much easier to leave the auxiliary battery in place and use a tuner to disable the stop start if that was your intention.
