GregMort13's new build thread

So, i got a lot done today, tires are mounted, jeep is fully lifted. Took it for a ride down the road, my "brake" light is solidly on now and when i hit 20-30mph my traction control kicked on, it would blink four times, pause, blink four times, pause, etc. anyone have any ideas? Help please!

Im hoping one i get an alignment done, it will fix all of this. Also hoping the brake light is from my brake fluid being a little low from when i changed the lines.

Did you use the procal and set your tire size? Is your steering wheel centered?

Steering wheel is not straight. Taking it to get an alignment on monday hopefully that will fix the traction control. Hopefully adding brake fluid will take the brake light off

Yeah i know, i just need them to check my adjustable arms front and rear and my toe in and toe out and whatnot

You can do a better job than any shop yourself by following the tech write ups on this forum :yup: it's super easy and much cheaper

Dude. Listen to Panda. It was easy. After the lift and his guidance about the arm adjustment everything drives better than stock!

And so it begins 😭

Heard a little rattle on my way home from work and found this :( haven't even put 100 miles on the lift

Just got my wheels balanced and its a crazy difference! Out of curiousity, what is everyone running theyre 37s at psi? Been running mine at like 20. Too low?

I run mine at 28-30. If I am going on a long freeway drive I fill them up to 35. Don't know if it does anything though.

Do the chalk test Greg. Find the right pressure for your set up to get the best tire wear.
