Fishing Jeepers...Post Up Your Pics

Might be a cuttbow…
I think this is a Yellowstone Cutthroat... as opposed to a Westslope.... the spots being round and below the lateral line. But there are lots of hybrids... most other fish in this area creeks and lakes are brookies...

I’ve never seen a cuttie with a rainbow stripe on its side…but then again I’ve never seen a Yellowstone cuttie…

That's cool. I did a lot as a teenager. It's time-consuming but relaxing. I'm sure nowadays, the supplies are endless.
It’s mind boggling how extensive the tools and fly tying supplies are…thank god for YouTube…I’ll try mostly soft hackles, buggers & leeches first, since that’s what I mostly fish

Did I need a new reel? Probably not, but it looked so lonely hanging there in the store all alone.

My first walleye June 2021 Lake Huron. This was my first time fishing on any of the Great Lakes or Upper Midwest. My wife grew up in Wisconsin and fishing all around the region. I mostly fished lakes and streams all over California and Lake Mead with the occasional saltwater trip out of 22nd Street landing San Pedro.
