Kind of like it, but these are free floating individual lines. One float with string, egg sinker and hook below it. I usually put out 10 - 15 of them and let them go with the current. So fun!!! I’ll drop them and then go sling the kids on the tube for a while. Come back a few hours later and usually have 2 - 4 fish on and have to chase them down. Use a pole with hook to snag them and them pull the fish in by hand.

Mostly we catch Blue catfish, but occasionally catch a channel or flathead catfish. Pic above are blues. The kids think it’s awesome! We catch fish anywhere from 2 lbs up to 30+ lbs.

Man, I love some hushpuppies and fried okra, but the family doesn’t eat much fish so we catch and release 100% of them. They’ll be bigger next time!!!

Walking in to the fishing spot came across a few youngsters. The close up shot was a button buck. Didn’t catch any fish though

Went out camping this weekend and did a little fishing. First fish… I’m going to say I caught it, because I pulled it out of the water. Was walking around the lake and seen a bobber in the water. Then it started bouncing, so I waded out to it and pulled up a little 7” catfish. The second fish, first off is the first fish I’ve caught with a fly pole. Anyways I was out trying and ended up getting a little 4” trout. It was a great time.
