Honestly I don’t see future employers having an easy time finding good people. Anybody younger than me (24) have absolutely zero ethic for work. It’s like they’re scared to work. In about 10 years when the “mid-2000s” kids start entering the workforce it will be quite interesting to see how things go.

My step son who is 17 is finally starting to come around. He took initiative and filled out a fire explorer application and was accepted. He's been beating the pavement and putting in job aps. He takes an interest in the things I do around the house now. I take the time to explain why I do things a certain way ie...last Saturday I showed him my step by step approach to washing the jeep. With his help he now understands why I avoid mud...haha.
