Coffee Drinkers Unite!

I would say I am a coffee snob but I really am not. I know good coffee, and shit coffee, and probably drink more shit coffee that good just because thats what we have at work.

Personally if I want a good cup I will make it with the french press with a locally made medium roast. Usually I am too lazy and pick up a cup of Seattle's Best at the gas station. for $1.30 its surprisingly drinkable.

Man, for a second I was thinking there is no way World Market is producing any kind of coffee machinery that nice! That piece of equipment looks badass! Then I noticed it is only the timer that's from World Market! Don't get me wrong, we have all kind of cheap glasses, bar ware and just odd ball items that were for one time parties from World Market, but that place is like the Harbor Freight of home goods :cheesy:

Man, once I saw that machine I got on their site looking for it! That explains why I could not find it. LOL!

 Sorry for throwing you guys off with the cheap kitchen timer. Although cheap, it's serving it's purpose for pulling good shots well. You can find that espresso machine at the following links. Like good equipment for our rigs it's not cheap.

or with grinder (essential to good quality)

I've done some research on espresso machines.

You really shouldn't even bother unless your ready to drop that kind of coin. A cheap espresso maker will give you nothing but poor quality and lots of headaches.

A solid machine is the price of entry, but grinders are where the art is at. A good grinder can't make up for a cheap machine, but a cheap grinder can have even the best machines making poor shots.

After learning all of this I decided that espresso was best left to my local coffee shop.

You're spot on about the grinder! Folks typically leave the grinder as the last missing puzzle piece and is arguably more important than a better machine. Once you've dropped the coin, and accelerated at the learning curve the payoff is huge.

It is also how you grind. It cannot be too coarse. You also have to be careful how you pack the coffee.

1 TBS MCT oil

Blend and make it frothy.

Delicious and a good dose of healthy fat first thing in the morning.

4 shots of espresso a day keeps my hearth going....

I've heard of this, from a fellow Paleo freak. Let me know how the results are after a week. It's supposed to be good for focus and memory right?

It really...wait what were we talking about?

It's good. Does help. Been doing it for a couple of weeks. My IQ is up to like 80 now! ;)

Perfect, I'll give it a try maybe I will stop drooling and I can ditch the helmet?
