My wife has gotten into espresso and cappuccino lately. I'm looking for a good quality countertop machine for Christmas that won't break the bank. While I'd love a coffee shop quality machine I don't want to spend a few grand on something...haha. Anyone have any machines they like or could recommend? Thanks.

I have heard good things about those however I'm trying to stay away from the pods. We have a Keurig and I only use it for measured amounts of hot water and when guests want a cup of coffee.

I have Ascaso Dream for three years. Had to change porta filter O ring ($3) other then that good machine. I only use it for espresso haven’t tested steam feature

Haha nice. I got my wife a coffee cup too, and an espresso maker, and mauigrown coffee to go eith both. Honestly is probably one of my favorite coffees.

As I've mentioned before Mauigrown is a really good one. Shipping to the mainland sucks though. They were offering $10 flat rate though not sure if they still are.

I am on auto ship every 2 weeks. Maybe their site was down for a day or 2. It originally said my card was denied and couldn’t ship, I tried to log in so I could see why it would say that and I couldn’t get into my account
