With a little work and some spray paint it should last a few more years.

Gears had plenty of grease and the motor and brushes looked great.
 
Got the Hanson winch mount and mounted the winch today. Waiting for the hawse fairlead still and need to connect to the battery but it came out pretty good I think

Actually I'm going to run the steel cable that came with the winch. Using a Delrin hawse that supposed to be rated for steel. We shall see
 
Ok. Looking to have an install party. Trying to get 3" lift, drag link flip, front LCA and sliders all installed in a day! What do all you NorCal peeps think? Free beer and pizza. There may be a box of wine for those that like that better (no cupcake here)
