They didn't even get the complete first dose in her and she started Coding. Thankfully she survived it and recovered, albeit in a diminished capacity.
I told the Hospital staff to NOT use any more of the experimental drugs on her and I had to put it in writing.

The Indiana State Health Department has called both my wife and I telling us we were showing as behind on boosters.
My wife didn't return their call.
I did. I asked them how they would know this information as per HIPAA that's between my Doctor and myself.
After hem hawing around the lady confirmed that Dr.'s, clinics, and hospitals are supposed to report to them on Covid shot status.
