Chill Out - It's "our" forum

Wow I have missed a few days and I'd have to say I feel like I missed alot.

Great thread JAGS! Couldn't agree more! I prefer to live a NO DRAMA/NO BS lifestyle and don't have time for haters. I'm not a club guy or a forum hack. I barely use facebook or any other type of social networks, BUT I love to come here and read the threads, see the pics, infuse my brain with knowledge etc. I have to force myself to stay away to get my work done and I am fully affected by JDD!

This site is my favorite by far!

I think we also have to make a conscious effort as a community to not talk down specific other forums and the like because that will just put us in the same boat as them.

This is not a thread to bash other forums at all. There are lots of forums out there and I browse several for different reasons. I didn't/wont mention any by name as that isn't really the point. It's more about us taking/keeping control of this one so it stays positive as it grows. That was my point really, that we can all help keep things Kosher around here and not have a front man/"mod" have to be the bad guy.

Things have settled down and seem to back on track and I'll second you: Cheers to the WAYALIFE community (Bros & Sisters)!!:thumb::yup::honey:

Sorry didn't mean to imply this specific thread was bashing anyone... As we praise this WOL site it is easy to make comparisons to other forums (sometimes in a negative light) and just meant we need to be careful.

And your point is well taken. Patrolling our own backyard! :thumb: :yup:
 
glad to see this, I deffinitly agree with all of this. I am a member of various car forums and it seems like this is starting to happen everywhere but glad this is a relaxed one. Very glad I signed up and became part of the community.
 
agree :grouphug: i have learned a lot from just reading this forum this was the first one i joined when i got my jeep and i have spent countless hours reading and learning and i owe almost all of my mod knowledge to this forum :drunkbuds:

I just joined. I've been on jeepforum now for about 4 years with like 1200 posts lol
I'm really liking this place a lot better its a little tighter and I like that.
 
Personally I think the people who come and bash or just plain and simple act dumb are people jealous of WOL and his success or, they are members that got the banhammer on other forums.
 
I'VE ONLY BEEN ON WAL A SHORT TIME BUT IVE BEEN WELCOMED WITH OPEN ARMS (NOT A JOURNEY PLUG):rock: EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH A NOOB WHO ASKS QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ANSWERED PROBABLY A HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE. I REALLY LOVE THIS FORUM THANKS FOR THE HELP AND FRIENDSHIP.
