I'm trying to pay off my jeep faster so I'm paying 100 extra each month to the principal loan

That's the smartest thing to do, pay it off then do the mods. It's not as fun but it's the best way

That's runs to the Flux Capacitor......just kidding! That should connected to some sort of lighting.

That's your fog light wiring harness. Push it back then reinstall it inside of the bumper after your PS bumper is in.

Where? Your new bumper requires chopping off half of your front frame how the heck will you install to lights?

If you have the harness you should have connectors and you could rig up some bumper mounted lights.
