Bottle Jack

I haven't used either of my bottle jacks in over a year...perhaps it might be a good time to put them under the jeep and make sure they still work...

I like the idea of storing it in the ammo can. Gonna try that. I have a couple I bought a while back that are twice as thick as normal 50-cal ammo cans.

This thread convinced me to go with a bottle jack on the Jeep. I have had a HI-lift on both my rigs for 20yrs, used once. And honestly, a bottle jack would have been better in that instance as well.

Still need to add some blocks for soft surfaces. Likely go with RV jack plates.

I just have a cheap jack that I found at Lowes and a 2x10 with a pocket routered into it so the jack can't slide off.
