There is a 3.2L engine in the series, but unless my math skills have faded(possible), the 96 mm bore with 83 mm stroke is 3.60464 L with 6 cylinders.

Just figured a little more clearance under the diff couldn’t hurt and for that specific tire the 38 actually weighs less than my current 37. Has nothing to do with the blonde bc A. Her husband drives not her and B. I disagree with some of their choices (the RCV axle shafts for example) I just happened to be curious of the tire after seeing it
 
We have 3 different Jeeps running the Patagonia M/Ts and they all love them. Yes, they are a soft compound but that is great for the rocks and they are quiet as hell on the road. And of course costing $200 a tire you cannot go wrong. Just rotate more often.
 
LOL!! This thread is a riot. First off, Goodyear MT/R with Kevlar are without question, the WORST tire I've ever run and so wanted to like. Could get them to balance worth shit, found them to be unpredictable on the rocks and their directional like tread caused them to track funny on the highway. Second, the only people who purposefully run an odd size tire are people who never wheel in palaces that might actually require bumming a spare off of a friend. Third and maybe most importantly, who in the hell is Milestar anyway? If you guys would run a Chinese tire just because someone they gave a set to on the internet churched it up, I guess I'd have to say good luck to you. Me personally, I prefer to run AMERICAN MADE tires and ones that have a LONG HISTORY of making what they make. This is a BIG REASON why I prefer to run Cooper. Both Toyo and Nitto also make tires in the USA or at least, up to a 37" tire and I wouldn't hesitate to run either as well. But of course, that's just me.
 
Re the patagonias, I think the proof will be in the pudding. I know one guy who’s been running a set for several months now, and another who just got them. The first guy seems to like them, but I think time will tell.

eh, maybe. I rarely see anyone ever talking smack about anything they've had to pay a grand or more on. To do so would be admitting they made a mistake. I still know people who'll swear by their MT/R's with Kevlar in spite of the fact that they suck on the trail.
