Down here, I’ve got far more connections that love it, so I’m really just exploring the opportunities if anything. No doubt it’s changed though, we’ll see. Sheriff’s Deputy specifically over all the other PD’s down here.

In all honesty, I’m nearly just 22, not the type to go to college, and definitely all over the place on what I want to do haha. I’ll find whatever that is someday I’m sure.
 
Great to see there is still interest for becoming an officer in this day and age! Especially in California of all places! I hope you get in!

Also, I wasn’t one for college either. I feel it’s overrated depending on which field you want to go into. Sure, some business classes would’ve benefited me but I’m getting along just fine.

Crazy enough, they said during the exam that 77 applicants were selected, and only 37 showed up. Definitely lackluster interest but pretty much everyone in there was young like me which was cool to see.

Continued education really does depend on what you wanna do. In sales currently and have made great money. No doubt I can continue doing that, maybe transitioning into real estate like my father, if this falls through.

Got selected to take the POST Pellet B exam after applying, took it yesterday! Awaiting results (3-4 weeks) and that will depict the next step. Long process - 2 of 8 steps completed, then the academy. Wish me luck! Still selling Jeeps until then.

First I’ve noticed it. Was last under the Jeep not too long ago so can’t have been going on for a while. Oil leaking from either those two grommets or between the whole transmission and motor? I don’t know.
