I was wondering if anybody is running 2.5 inches of lift with 37's. i have a 2014 6 speed rubicon. Not regearing right away. I do have flat fender flares and trimming the factory rock rails. I also have stubby warm bump in front and rear warn rock crawler bumper so those things shouldn't be issues. Any feedback or pics would be helpful. Thanks.

Rear tire/pinch seam clearance. I've got a 4" Rancho Crawler kit, Bushwacker flat flares, 37" Ridge Grapplers (only ~35.75" tall @ 32psi), no rock rails. Plenty of clearance up front with the flat flares. Good luck ✊

It can be done but expect to do a fair amount of trimming. I'm running 37s on 3.5" lift and needed to rework the rear pinch seams to avoid rubbing.

I am partial to chalking the seam, then flex it out and hammer roll the seam in and up a little. Keeps me from having to cut lots of metal off... even though if I cit enough off it can be considered weight reduction, right? Lol

With exception of the bottom corner, i also just cut horizontal relief cuts and beat them flat

I wound up following the contour of the PS flares, I had previously flattened most of the seam

I'm running EVO plush ride 3" springs. 1/2" coil spacers on the passenger side to level out the jeep. Trimmed fenders. Had to chop the pinch seam. Doesn't rub at full stuff, but it's darned close.

2.5in lift will put you right about 3in. I'm sitting on 3in. All I had to trim was the front pinch seem in the rear.
That's at full compression. 20170813_142125.jpg20170813_142130.jpg
This is just sitting level.

In my opinion you'll be fine. Just make sure if your going to 37s you weld some gussets on the end forgings. Aka C's.

I have synergy 2" springs front and rear with 37s. Sits pretty good. I'm not running a winch or spare yet. Now it sits a little high in the rear but a spare should lower just enough in the back.

37" Falken M/Ts with a Mopar 4" lift on a 2016 JKU Rubicon Hard Rock.

The only rub I encountered was the rear tire in the Rubicon slider. Trimmed 1 & 1/4" off the trailing edge of the slider, put the end cap back on and no rub. Not even close. Even better, when the tire stuffs in the rear, it moves back and further away from the slider. Pinch seam was never an issue.

Front had zero issues.

37's and 3 evo plush rides, trimmed pinch seams and 2" bump extensions. Still rubbing a little at full bump, might trim it more so I don't have to go to a taller extensions and lose uptravel.
