Yep, unless you run them at 40+ psi. Mine (37x12.50R17) were set to 40psi after mounting & they measured almost exactly 36" tall with the Jeep's weight on them.

Rear tire/pinch seam clearance. I've got a 4" Rancho Crawler kit, Bushwacker flat flares, 37" Ridge Grapplers (only ~35.75" tall @ 32psi), no rock rails. Plenty of clearance up front with the flat flares. Good luck
