How many miles do you have since you cleared codes or disconnecting the battery? The 02s usually need a few cold starts and need to be driven like 20 minuets each time, the cat wont set till the 02 sets. If there is a problem it will throw a code after the monitor completes

Theres nothing to get around, its perfectly legal to run other manufactures powertrains in different vehicles, you do need to run the full powertrain though, so engine and transmission must match. Running a hybrid, like a GM engine but Mopar transmission is not legal.

Teraflex ball joints typically need some miles to break in, The ram also needs to loosen up. But try 1/8 of toe in.

Is the radiator bled properly? Thermostat is good? Are there grill/radiator blockages? Is the fan running?

Spectre 8136, yours is a K&N RF-1033. The K&Ns are washable but they are really expensive now 🤑. The Spectres say they are rewashable too but I havent tested that. We always just got new spectres when they got dirty.

The rain finally took off a good amount of mud. So I rolled out the hose and started spraying it down while the rain was helping. People driving by giving me weird looks for "washing" my Jeep in the rain 🤷‍♂️😂
