3 Ohms sounds like a lot for something which should act as a conductor. But if you do not disconnect your battery, there could be other current flow going on, which could throw off the meter's reading.

Today 80 mph gusts are expected in Haskell Texas and I see warnings about 90 mph gusts west of there (Brownfield) so you can be sure that the winds in NW Texas and New Mexico will be severe. Definitely not a good day to be driving in Texas and New Mexico!

I often use the speed control when the speed limit is low and speed is likely to be monitored. It just does so much better than my foot does and it seems to control the transmission better too in order to use the engine for braking.

At some low elevation, the drone incursion over private property should be viewed as trespassing (or other violation) and subject to state laws. 200 feet is not very high.
