I believe the petcock on the fuel filter is the water separator. Only drains whatever water it has collected not the fuel in the filter.

Bingo! The tires and the gears on the shelf in the background. Currently it rides on 35-inch Nitto Trail Grapplers and stock 3.73 gears.

This Gladiator actually belongs to @Traciehue but luckily she lets me drive it- sometimes!
