Anyone used these?

Any issues?

Just talking the axle shafts not the gears. Store where I work just started carrying these and I'm just wondering about them.
Going to see what they are with my employee discount.
Sucks they only have them for the rear.

That's why I asked.

I knew you were one that didn't like the gears.

But I means it's just a solid, machined bar, correct?
I mean technically yes. Most are made in the same place. I say axles shafts should be fine just because I’ve had issues with their gear kits with fitment/setup. I’ve had bearings come mix matched with races and stuff. This was around covid times so maybe they have gotten better.

It's just a solid machined bar that may or may not be made from steel certified to be made with the correct processes and free from impurities and inclusions. It may or may not have been heat treated and stress relieved properly. Yukon sources parts from all over the world including China and you won't know where the Yukon parts come from until you receive them.

Axle shafts sold by Revolution either made in India or the US. I was told axle shafts made in India are better than China and the US made shafts are better than those made in India and the price difference reflects that. The US made axle shafts are supposed to be stronger. I got the Revolution US 4340 chromoly axle shafts, front & rear, for my 2012 Rubicon. I ordered the front shafts with the 1350 u-joints. So far, they've held up better than the factory shafts & u-joints. My Jeep is currently on 35s.

Based on my research and experience, I suggest you go with the Revolution 4340 shafts.

Indian made shafts have a 10 year warranty. US made shafts have a lifetime warranty.
