WTF Do I Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have skids from the factory. I've been running my 2012 without a single aftermarket skid for 4 years now. Maybe I would suggest oil pan but that's a stretch.

And that's what I have heard so I was not sure. I know Eddie uses factory skids and it's not like I will be playing on rocks like they do.

If you're going that often, I would save up and set yourself up with a good suspension lift kit and shocks before anything else...that's what I wish I would have done. Lol

I hear that, I in some weird way like the fact that I will struggle some. I think in the long run it will teach me to pick good lines and understand how to not or to get unstuck.

Maybe I missed it, but do you have a budget for the next round of mods?

Also, is there a certain "end goal" you are trying to get to, i.e., rock crawling, trail only rig, daily driver, family camp outs, etc etc.

This is missing the transmission crossmember.

Budget.... As long as I have good reasoning my wife should be ok with it.

End goal is a BAJ!!!! In all I want a extremely capable jeep that I could let me wife even drive as a DD. A jeep that really can do everything and I don't have to worry about.

You don't need he transmission crossmember if you have the whole skid system. The system protects the crossmember and would be redundant.

I would say get the oil/transmission skid and a little later, think about getting a stronger battery. With my stock battery and winch, the battery struggled on the harder pulls.
