Worst 4th of July Ever

That's horrible news. Sorry for your loss. Glad your wife is okay. Jeeps are replaceable, people not so much.
 
Well the insurance company deemed it a total loss (no shit) and appraised it for 28k and some change. I owed 24k on it. That leaves me a nice chunk for a down on a better JK! I'm going for a Rubicon this time around. The Sport was ok, but with 3.21 gears and 32" tires it was a real pig in the hills. I'm also thinking of going for the six speed. Oh, the wife is feeling better too.
 
Glad wife is ok , bitter sweet total jeep but up grade to rubicon! I happy they totaled it. And not rebuild trust me never be the same!
 
Thank you! I'm totally happy with the end result. After driving the Rubicon I now realize the Sport that I had was kind of a piece of shit. It had a bunch of little quirks that drove me nuts. This new one has none of those quirks.
