Wiring harness

Well i randomly get an electronic throttle control warning light always followed immediately by traction control turning off. I have replaced
Wheel speed sensors
Electronic throttle body
Camshaft position sensor
Crankshaft position sensor
Map sensor
Spark plugs
Spark plug wires
Distributor
Fuel injectors and
Engine computer module
And i am still getting that same issue. I cannot make any sense of it because it is so irregular about coming on.

Would probably need more info but that doesn't sound like it would be a whole harness needing to be replaced.

have you checked the plug on the throttle body? if any of the pins are bent or pushed in it would cause issues.
The plug was corroded on my throttle body, replaced the plug and no more issues.

Check all powers, grounds, connections and make sure they are tight, next see if you can get your hands on a good scanner like an Autel or Snap-on. Really anything that will read all the modules in the body of the jeep not just the ECM. Then do a full network scan and see what codes are being thrown then go from there. The JK is actually pretty nice in terms of telling you whats wrong.

If it does come down to the harness, we try to get ours from Mopar direct, but we have had good luck with some used ones off Ebay.

did you use oem for the sensors? Sensors are finicky. And sounds stupid but check the battery terminal connections. Good luck. I feel your pain. Had similar issues.

That is one i had not thought of yet. That will be next thank you.
Replaced the gas pedal/throttle sensor and it is happening less often and not while i am driving so far. But still does when i am at a stop light or just idling. I am currently relplacing the EGR Valve and the gasket had no right calling itself a gasket. I have always had a small vacuum leak also. So i am hoping for this to be it.
