I beleive they can, well thats what I plan on doing with my duallys once I move them I think, unless I get a bar instead

You can wire them up to the fog switch but, you won't be able to get them to work unless you run the correct watt bulbs or, figure a way to cheat the computer into thinking that you are still running the same.
