How much of a pain in the ass is it to get that spare outta there and could you still use the besttop fastback style top with it? I love that carrier

It is not really any harder to get in and out of there than it is to get on a normal carrier. In fact, it may be easier because you can get in on the floor and then let it on to the mount.
The website says it fits with a fast back style soft top as well. Not sure on the hard version, but it looks like it would.
As you can tell, it eats a chunk of space, but it does anchor all of your items in there really well.
