It a coincidence, I was taking this pic of what I’m drinking tonight (Maker’s 2020 Limited Release) and there’s a Heaven Hill BIB hiding in the background. I’ve never had Mellow Corn, but I see it’s bottled by Heaven Hill. cheers.

It’s cheap lol, but honestly really good for the price! I have the heaven hill BIB also and it’s good too. I’m a big fan of heaven hill mostly because Elijah Craig barrel proof is one of my favorites.

*EDIT - Tasting notes: Smooth caramel and honey up front, with a creamy cinnamon finish. Different, but very enjoyable.

Meh... I’ll need to revisit this, but right now I’m not too impressed. I guess at the price point it’s actually good, but it doesn’t have the profile I prefer. The heat is there but it’s lacking something.
