I’m not the biggest whiskey guy so I added a some extra simple syrup, but it was pretty decent. Would’ve been even better if I remembered to grab some garnish

I’ll need to revisit it but I wasn’t too impressed. I tasted the peerless single barrel right before and that one was so good everything else sucked.
