Celebrating the start of the weekend with something from a local distillery called Belmont Farms.
The owner Chuck Miller uses the still that the Fed-Gov confiscated from his grandfather during prohibition. Chuck was able to buy it back and start his current business. He is regularly featured on the show ‘Moonshiners’ with Tim Smith. We have met both of them and they are very nice and down to earth guys.

It's smoother than 7, more mellow. but I don't think it's worth the price difference. I think you're mostly paying for the "sinatra" name.
