Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

We went for a ride through Wharton St. Forest this weekend. Checked out some of the forest fire damage from two weeks ago. There's still some smokey hot spots out there. Very dry conditions and not very muddy out there, but still a good time.

Heading to the hotel we took the turn off towards Carson City. It was about this time that everyone should have been leaving for the "Kick Off To Summer Camping Trip"

Nice little weekend there. One of my coworkers had girls in some BB tournaments in Reno this weekend. Wonder if it's the same one you were at.
 
To the middle of nowhere to explore a transcontinental beacon and concrete arrow.

Yea in almost certain it would have been. It was a great weekend for sure. The views from the trail were amazing.

It's a bit of a drive from you. It's a little scary with the big hills around here. The new brakes work good, the single master cylinder makes me nervous.

Not to mention the old steering linkage and dry rotted tires..

But it's fun anyways!
 
Took fam out for a little wheeling at local state forest.....had a blast...not the best shots but you get the point

We didn't get to stay in the cabin...the guy showing it to us literally finished it 2 or 3 days before. They are about to put it on their website to rent out. It was awesome and smelled even better!
