Took a trip down Historic Old Highway 80.











Was also followed by border patrol and pulled into secondary inspection. He couldn't understand why I would drive out so far just to take pictures and go home. He doesn't know what the Wayalife is all about I guess. :crazyeyes:

Thats a pretty sweet sight-seeing trip. All except the inspection part...

Two weekends in a row my jeep has taken me to work. Ugh this has to end soon. My poor jeep is getting dirt separation anxiety. I had to climb over a curb today just to remind my jeep what bumps feel like

Just got back from Joshua Tree.
Ran Geology Tour to Berdoo Canyon.
And also Pinkham Canyon to Thermal Canyon.



Most of the time was spent bouldering.


And one of my family's dog Maxine escaping the heat and "cooling" down.

Took us out to Willamette National Cemetery to say thanks for everything my father inlaw and best friend he gave so much to me in my life I could have not asked for a better father inlaw and friend.

Took a trip to Reno for the weekend to watch my nieces basketball tournaments. Played a little poker at the Grand Sierra Hotel and ended up winning a few hundred dollars

Heading to the hotel we took the turn off towards Carson City. It was about this time that everyone should have been leaving for the "Kick Off To Summer Camping Trip"



On the way back we decide do pull off at the Donner Lake Rim Tail and check it out







Back on the freeway we caught a little rain
