Camped in San Felipe last weekend. Happened to be the Baja 500 was racing which was Awesome!

Ran up to fordyce for the day. Down to the first water crossing. It was at 600 cfs so I didn’t go across.

Last year I crossed at 380. I wouldn’t do higher than 300 again in a full bodied rig.

How many rigs made it through there that day, and what were the casualties? Not something you see "every day"!
But it looks so mellow in the pictures.
That run last year was sketchy. Glad you made it through.
Probably 6-7 feet deep shortly after you enter the water.
