When i was a kid , we had a '63 cj5 and '61 chevy apache 10..both of them were daily drivers.. One day my father took an alternate route for the farm which was muddy and had steep hills..I remember it was a hilarious day and i guess that was the day i hooked up..

I've been hooked for as long as I can remember. No real rhyme or reason as to why, I was never lucky enough to have ever ridden in any jeep but I have always wanted one, always envious when I would see people running around doorless and topless. Now I have my own and the hook only sunk deeper and I wouldn't have it any other way!

These pics are when I was about 5.. Our family fj40 since I was a little kid.. It didn't have to be a jeep, I started out with an fj40 like my dad's (pictured) when I was 15.. And have been wheeling as hard as I could ever since then.

This was my fj40 by the time I was 17 on the rubicon


I don't think I could ever not have a rig that could go anywhere...


My ride- 2001 power wheel, 11" plastic tires, upgraded battery, boat sides, custom bumpers, tow hooks, new paint.

In 97. Rented a jeep and took it over Imogene pass near Telluride, Colorado.. Once we moved West in 2005 I got a TJ and then a Jk. It's been one adventure after another since.

Had to get my motorhome fixed and a buddy of mine lived near the shop I use...I called him and asked him to pick me up for some eggs and bacon...he showed up in his jeep....hooked
