Caught the Bug
I ran into a similar issue when I had the eco track bar. After some hard wheeling in Moab and only around 4 thousand on it; the bushing on the frame side went out. The excess play allowed it to contact the upper track bar mount, made the steering very sloppy and threw the steering wheel off center. Ultimately EVO overnighted me a new bushing free which solved all of these problems.
But from what you described the joint may still be good. It’s probably just a tolerance issue between the track bar and track bar mount. I would still drop the track bar anyway and inspect the joint, if you can easily move it around and there is play in it. Then it may be time to replace it.
Thank you for the insight, it has been very helpful. I escalated the issue to ORE and EVO, they are helping me get this corrected.
