Wow. Nice Job man!.. All I want is the garage, and the Main entry Gable Building on that land and I’d be in heaven!!
I’m working on a 800SF remodel 500ft from the beach and when done they will collect 8-10k a month in Rent... the house 3 doors down is for sale: 6000sf - 24 Million. No Yards... thats 125k per month on a 30 year loan... Its F’n ridiculous.

Even better is having a client lined up to sell some footage to next week .. busy morning lol .. drone will be in on fri so learning curve to begin an kinna glad I used to mess around with Rc. stuff a buncha yrs back ..
