About 10ish years ago I bought a Warn Winch to lift lumber up to the 3rd floor of a house, that had no access for a Pettibone... I welded up a few brackets and pulleys for different scenarios. It’s still my favorite tool and has saved our backs many times.

Pettibone and scissor lift are life savers, thats a great idea for the winch
