its legal and even osha legal i have a harness on connected to the bird i also work off the long line as well and this particular job i was hanging marker balls for aircraft but i do pretty much anything required to fix/maintain power lines i also do the energized work with them

no water in that set up just slurry, it carries 11000 lbs drops 25ft wide and a mile in length. it takes about 20 seconds to empty it
