Thank you. I think the name comes from the fact that it's not a frame CHOP bumper. No chopping/drilling/etc needed. It's built ONTO/AROUND the frame maybe? I didn't really want to do any cutting or modifications to the frame which was one of the main draws to this particular bumper. I misspoke earlier. There is some minor drilling. The upper outside holes on the ends of the frame horns have to be enlarged to 9/16”. BUT, no NEW holes need to be drilled. Very happy with the whole setup. Shouldn’t be too long and I’ll actually get a chance to use it!That could be. Just always thought it was funny.
