Nope just to the fairlead. There is two holes on the top. Some fairleads have two on top and bottom and some have them just on one side. Mine had it on one side and that was on the top.

This may be is stupid question but here it goes anyway. Is there a specific reason that almost every aftermarket bumper I see has an off-centered fairlead mounting point?

They're off center so that you can run a big winch like a Warn power plant. Some of the bigger winches dont fit inside a recessed mount without being offset

Actually most winches are bigger on one side because of the motor.

The opening is 24" so it would have been close. This fits fine so we'll see how it looks tonight.

Ahhh ok I didn't know it was 24" wide. Please post a pic of it on later. I'm curious as to how much light it puts out
