I feel your pain on that one. I used to have a CB antenna with magnetic mount, and someone cut the wire and stole the antenna and 1/2 the wire while parked in the driveway at my parents house... stolen just to be a douche... because its pretty useless without the connector that goes in the radio!

Douche! That is a perfect word to describe these ass-clowns. I shouldn't have to protect my JK in my own driveway with 230grains. :synister:, but it is more satifying than the annoying alarm.

Just a minor improvement note but it is a good idea to replace the butt connectors with thermal seal connectors like these. The red and black wires on the far end should have the yellow connectors.

I did not produce this vid, but it has some good info. these connectors can be found at most any parts stores

Gotcha yeah I just bought jeep. Had it for 2 weeks now. Other 3 were already done before me. I added one more. So went with what was there. If and when I change the connectors have to get the small spade. To fit in each slot.

I used a floor jack to get it into position. I wish the truck was lifted. It's tight working on it so low to the ground.
