Ordered new trail grapplers .........
MUDs are an awesome performing tire. Just a tad loud for long drives on the highway!

I know I know!

07 JKU

Are they brand new and do you have a Rubi? I just ordered my Solid covers since they went on sale. There has been mention of the cover not clearing the locker on the Rubi, but another member stated they called Solid and they said they redesigned the cover and it now clears. Wanted to see if that was true or not.

Have one on the front no issues. Been on there bout a year now.

07 JKU

Purchased JKU Rubicon in the last month and just saw the thread, i have some catching up to do....

Changed fluids: Engine, front and rear diff, Transfer case, Transmission
Installed 3" suspension lift
Installed Stainless Steel extended brake lines front and rear
Axle breather hose extension
Explored some new trails!

Several boxes still in the garage. Need more time to put some work in, will post pics after my next round of installs.

This jeep reminds me of playing with legos as a kid, always something new to add to it!

Wow that looks great. :thumb:

x2 I would love to see a write up or more pics of parts, brackets, etc used to make this.

Thanks. I did not take too many photos, but I think I'll be doing another one for a buddy soon so I'll be sure to get more and post more details. I used 1/2" plywood but if I do it again I'll go with 3/4". I had to put a support piece in the center to keep it from bending. So instead of one large area I have to smaller ones. Should still work fine. To protect the wood I used a waterproofer/sealer and got the carpeting from Crutchfield, it's speaker carpet.

Well got off early today and my EVO vacuum relocation bracket was sitting on the porch. Finally time to hack up the frame and install my new Poison Spyder BFH bumper with trail stinger. The relocation was simple, but I'll admit I was a little worried cutting up the frame. All in all everything went fine and the bumper looks awesome.IMG_0069.jpgIMG_0057.jpgIMG_0066.jpg

That happened to me on the Rubicon. I took a hammer and fixed it. Lasted all trip. Repaired it correctly when I got home.

Just ordered a spiderweb shade for my 2dr. I think its going to come in handy in the hot Alabama sun when I move there this summer
