What difference did it make?Installed the replacement crossmember

Surprisingly, it made a difference in how the Jeep drives
Your red tusks are very prominent! Winch install looks very tidy.I’ve owned several Jeeps in my life because they are simply fun to drive. I off-roaded only as a necessity for hunting and such (with a few exceptions). Well, I finally started my first build. Step 1 was adding a SB X20, 12k winch and removed the oem steel bumper end caps. Well I guess that was step 2 because I put tires and wheels on a couple moths ago. Next up is a set of Motobilt crusher rock sliders (includes side armor). They’ve been sitting around waiting for install because I’m just afraid of drilling into the side of my baby.View attachment 380162
Just jump in and get it over with…. I highly recommend getting the nutsert tool @wayalife uses in this tutorial. Also take your time, I re-fit mine back on the Jeep 20 times before the final install.I’ve owned several Jeeps in my life because they are simply fun to drive. Dude no kidding! I did ours a few weeks ago and it was such a pain!Changed the shocks on my daughter's 2015 JKU Sport.
Why does the passenger front take longer than the other 3 put together??
Finally said fuck it and trimmed just enough of the battery case bottom to get access.
Guess it would have made too much sense to design the front mounts like the rear?
LOL - love how easy it was to do things back in the dayInstalled a 31 tooth speedometer gear in the '04 TJ . . . . 33" K02's.
