What stereo receiver are you using?

I have a NEX system as well and I got rid of the lighter port and put in a plug that hooks directly into the unit. It works great!

I've been using the Sony XAV-AX5000 with the Quadratec install kit for about 4 months. No issues so far and pretty nice to finally have android auto in my JK.

So, this is my first summer with the NEX. With the top off and the NEX hit with direct sunlight, it keeps re-booting, so it’s like not having a radio at all. This is just when I’m in FM mode. I haven’t had it in Bluetooth mode or direct connect to my phone with the top off, but I’m assuming it would be the same result. Anyone else having this problem?
