Except for drilling for the rubber bumpers, I set mine up in the living room while watching a movie. You should have two extra bungee balls. I used those to piggyback to the ones on the rearmost corners of the rear doors so they didn't sag. I was really particular of them looking as perfect as I could get them. Hopefully you can tell what I did.
