Yeah, just got back to Carson City last night and winter FINALLY decided to show up. Oh, and Ripley is going nuts about it
It's hard to imagine that I was just in Boulder City yesterday wearing shorts and a t-shirt and today, this is what I'm in!
This is probably the first real snow we've had all winter and since this morning, we may have gotten close to a foot of it. Driving around town has been super slick even with all the plowing going on but we had chores that needed to get done.
Well, or so we thought. Went to the bank today and saw this on the door

That’s the perfect amount… enjoy for the day and then gone in a day or two.
Yup, that's why we live here and not up in Tahoe. Granted, we're supposed to be getting more white stuff and night time temps are dropping into the single digits by this weekend so, it may stick around for a bit longer
