So awesome, can’t wait to see them under the JT
Wow, I can't believe that we haven't posted anything on here since the end of September. But, what can I say, the last few months have been... trying. Anyway, here are a few photos that I had been meaning to post up for a while now... a LONG while but better late than never.
As you can see here, Nitto was nice enough to send us a set of our very own 42" Trail Grapplers.
And, for comparison sake, here's what an unmounted and brand new 42 looks like next to a brand new and unmounted 40.
As you can see here, the new 42 weighs in at about 105 lbs. That's about 2 lbs more than a 40.
This is a 40's weight.
Those wheels would look great with a LT1!So, truth be told, we've actually had the 42's in for a while now but weren't able to get them installed due to the fact that we simply couldn't find a beadlock wheel in a 20 for the life of us. I even tried calling my contacts at KMC to see if they could help me but alas, they could not. Of course, the person who could help was Lisa over at Off Road Evolution. Somehow, she was always able to work her magic and found us a set and sold them to us at a great price! Needless to say, this is what we bought - a set of KMC Grenades!
See good things do come from California is.
LOL - well technically, the good stuff just passed through CaliforniaSee good things do come from California is.
And honestly, he's just pissed that he couldn't tax the snow.
Wait til February…Snow at Christmas is the best. I wish my part of Texas got more of it.
BrrrrrrAll the snow made for a beautiful morning though.
