Holy hell, just had a flurry of lighting strikes move through town!



A number of them hit across the street. We literally could hear the air crackle before they struck!



Bummer thing is that there are a number of brush fires that have been started. Hoping everyone is okay.

Yeah, there have been a flurry of fire trucks running down the street but I think the big fire is down in Jacks Valley. Down by the school.

Yeah, just looked outside and I can see the smoke.

Wild to see the whole valley socked in there for a bit. Wife stopped mid dinner and said smoke and we both ran outside to check around the property. With all the sage across the street I’m paranoid.

It rained for about 30 min which helped slow it down. Looks like they got it knocked down. With all the dry sage we have down here that shit goes up like tinder. I’m torn between tearing mine out vs having to stare at the entirety of my neighbors shitty ass Winnebago. View attachment 334093
