Actually, that hole is there from the factory but, we were planning to install a shock relocation bracket and it would have been used.

To answer your other question, yes, the King shocks are HUGE and when flexing big on the trail, they were making contact with the frame and that was causing the shafts to bend.

Did he install the relocation brackets up front? Too late for this round, but that shock bind was why they started including in the kit.

No that hole on the spring perch is where the brake lines originally run. There is a small bracket attached to them that bolts there and keeps the brake lines safe. You can unbolt it on the front and move it outside of the shock so they don't get bound up when at full droop.

Ya I forgot the brake lines had a bracket that bolts there originally. I was wondering if the Kings hit with the relocation brackets. I just assumed he had them on there already. I just bought the 2.5 kings and they are definitely huge! I have the relocation brackets in already and was just thinking I still had something to worry about there. Those shocks are such a huge improvement! Thanks!

Didn't get around to it. Just got the rockstars and rear coil spacers installed. Also when through and checked/charged his other shocks.

You should be fine with the relocation brackets.

I've been contemplating on what it would take to build something like that. It's an awesome little trailer. I'd like to have a little two person pop up of the same concept.

On a side note, I found an eddie wannabe today in Tulsa. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1436124480.298480.jpg
I think I would try for something more original. Lol. I wonder if he or she takes credit for the idea.
