Icom vhf base and handheld. No pic until I can get back to my Jeep parked at parents’ house.
I can get my hands on a handheld CB.
If you can't get your hands on a handheld CB, let me know. I might have one you can use.

Dang I reprogrammed mine the day I got it. Defaults were all wiped. Time to play with this.
Remember these from about 20 years ago? General Electric GE Help Full Power 40 Channel Emergency 2- Way CB Radio.
I have one and will bring for anyone to use.
Can't wait for this run its going to be awesome. If I get on the list and someone needs a CB mic I think I have an extra one I can double check tomorrow.

Race and CB. Jeep is getting reassembled. Hopefully I can drive it tomorrow after it sitting in the garage for the last two months.
Just curious Eddie...what do you estimate our mileage from the meet up location till we get off the trail and to the nearest gas station?...I only have 150 mile range (highway driving)...
Since we're in the subject. Can you guys enlighten me on race radios? I've ran CB's for a bit but I have no idea what the race radios are or their intended purpose.
From where we start to the point where you can get gas again, we're probably be looking at about 100 miles... maybe a bit less. You should be fine.
Race radios are kind of like hams only they operate on a VHF frequency. They have good range and so long as you have a decent signal, they typically sound clearer than a lot of CB's.
Damn...and I've already talked to Santa [emoji848]
LOL - there are drawbacks to them too. Mainly, everyone has to have the same channels as you and unless you have a programmable unit, you won’t be talking to anyone.
