I was actually hoping you or others would chime in. This was a test run for Xmas day. Planning a tri tip surf and turf. I did cook it about 5-10 min too long, but it was still good.

Hopefully I didn't start of on the wrong foot. A little maple syrup/bourbon vacuum seal marinade for some upcoming tri tip.



I'll top it with fresh/dry herbs and seasonings before cooking.
