Made this the other night..
Stuffed Duck Confit with Ancho Chili Sauce
Red pepper Couscous
Mixed veggies I had going bad in the fridge/freezer.

Grass fed/finished steak, mushroom and onions, maple bacon pecan roasted butternut squash and a nice cabernet.

Made a bowl of breakfast taco soup.

2 scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, ground beef, shredded chicken, rice, salsa, and ate it with chips. Turned out a lot better than I thought it would.

I have to thank you guys for the brisket post again. The wife made it tonight. Not as good as bacon and scallops but damn it was good.
